Complaints & Appeals Policy

The IASR Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Science is committed to handling complaints and appeals fairly, transparently, and confidentially.

Authors may appeal an editorial decision when they believe that a significant error, misunderstanding, or procedural issue has affected the decision. Appeals should provide clear and specific reasons and, where appropriate, supporting information.

Complaints regarding editorial decisions, peer review, publication ethics, authorship, or other publishing matters should be submitted to the Editorial Office through the journal's official contact details.

All complaints and appeals will be reviewed by an appropriate member of the editorial team who is not directly involved in the matter, where reasonably possible. The journal may request additional information from the parties concerned before reaching a decision.

The journal aims to resolve complaints and appeals in a timely, objective, and confidential manner. Decisions following an appeal or formal complaint may be considered final where the journal's established procedures have been completed.

Serious allegations of research or publication misconduct may be investigated in accordance with the journal's Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement.
